The Head of the Faculty of Agriculture at Lorestan University has been appointed.

Dr. Mehrdad Dadsetani, the Head of Lorestan University, issued a decree appointing Dr. Farhad Nazarian-Firouzabadi, a faculty member of the Department of Production Engineering and Plant Genetics, Faculty of Agriculture, Lorestan University, with the academic rank of "Professor," as the Head of this Faculty, and appreciated Dr. Ali-Heydar Nasrollahi, the former Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, for his efforts, activities, and accomplishments.
According to the Public Relations of Lorestan University, the inauguration ceremony of the Head of the Faculty of Agriculture of Lorestan University and the honoring of the former Dean of the Faculty was held on Wednesday, April 8th of this year, in the office of the President of Lorestan University.
The appointment decree of the Head of Lorestan University, addressed to Dr. Farhad Nazarian-Firouzabadi, states:
"It is expected that you, with reliance on God Almighty, based on laws, policies, approved programs, and the Islamic University document, will prioritize the following:
_ Continuous supervision of the educational and research activities of the faculty members.
_ Developing or strengthening operational mechanisms to enhance the interaction between the Faculty of Agriculture and the community and industry.
_ Assisting in increasing the interaction of the Faculty of Agriculture with various organizations and institutions of Lorestan province, with an emphasis on organizations in the field of agricultural specialization.
_ Developing and improving the management and administration mechanisms of the specialized research institutes of the Faculty of Agriculture.
It is hoped that by following Islamic teachings, scientific principles, the strategy of the national unity government, and by attracting the cooperation of academics and experts, you will perform the assigned duties appropriately."
