Specialized Workshop on "Wildlife" Held at Lorestan University's Faculty of Natural Resources

On the occasion of Natural Resources Week and World Wildlife Day, a specialized workshop on familiarization with wildlife anesthesia and restraint equipment and methods was held in collaboration with the General Department of Environmental Protection of Lorestan, at the Faculty of Natural Resources, University of Lorestan.

According to the Public Relations of the University of Lorestan, in this workshop, Dr. Navid Zamani, a faculty member of the Department of Environment, Faculty of Natural Resources, along with the delegation from the General Department of Environment of Lorestan Province (Engineer Mohsen Amiri, Head of the Wildlife Department, Engineer Musivand, and Dr. Bahrami, experts of that General Department) practically explained dart gun and anesthesia gun methods, appropriate dosages, types of anesthetics, and other wildlife restraint methods to the students.
