Inauguration of the First Phase of the Shahid Chamran Conference Halls Complex at the Faculty of Agriculture, Lorestan University, on the occasion of the Fajr Decade

On the occasion of the auspicious days of the Fajr Decade and the Sha'bani holidays, the first phase of the Shahid Chamran Conference Halls complex of the Faculty of Agriculture, Lorestan University, was inaugurated with the presence of Hojjatoleslam Dr. Majid Moayedi, Head of the University's Leadership Institution, Dr. Saeed Mohammadzadeh, Vice President for Support, Dr. Ali-Heydar Nasrollahi, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Dr. Ali Haghighizadeh, Dean of the Faculty of Natural Resources, and a group of faculty members and staff of the Faculties of Agriculture and Natural Resources of Lorestan University.

According to the Public Relations of Lorestan University, the first phase of this hall complex was inaugurated on Saturday, January 2nd of the current year, on the second day of the Fajr Decade of the Islamic Revolution.

The first phase of the Shahid Chamran Conference Halls complex of the Faculty of Agriculture, Lorestan University, has a capacity of one hundred people. Six billion Tomans have been spent on the construction of the first phase of the project.

In the opening ceremony, the Head of the Leadership Institution of Lorestan University, in his speech, considered the expansion of the infrastructure of the higher education system throughout the country as one of the important achievements of the Islamic Revolution of Iran.

Dr. Moayedi congratulated the arrival of the Fajr Decade of the Islamic Revolution of Iran.

He explained: "The Islamic Revolution brought independence and dignity to Islamic Iran; today we are witnessing the country's various advancements in various fields, including scientific fields."

Dr. Ali-Heydar Nasrollahi, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Lorestan University, told our reporter: "Considering that there was not enough space to hold scientific and brainstorming meetings in the Faculty of Agriculture, this project was launched, which includes several halls, and currently, its first phase has been inaugurated."

Dr. Nasrollahi, referring to the various stages of the project, explained: "This hall and the adjacent halls, with a total area of 460 square meters, with a budget of 6 billion Tomans, have been built and equipped over the past two years."
