"Sog-e Fatemi" at the University / Spiritual Ceremony Held by the Cultural Center of the Faculty of Natural Resources

The Cultural Center of the Faculty of Natural Resources, Lorestan University, concurrently with the mourning days of Fatimiyyah (PBUH), held a spiritual mourning ceremony and commemoration of the memory and status of Hazrat Fatemeh Zahra (PBUH) with the presence of university members.

According to the Public Relations of Lorestan University, this ceremony was held on the second of Azar in the conference hall of the Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Naghavi, a group of professors, staff, and students.

Hojjatoleslam and Al-Moslemin Garmabi, a eulogist of Ahl al-Bayt (AS), performed a lamentation and expressed the virtues of Hazrat Zahra (PBUH), and the fervor of Fatimid mourning echoed in the atmosphere of the ceremony.

Also, the religious theater group Ilia, led by Aidin Basti, performed their play on stage and, using the language of art, narrated aspects of the lifestyle and spiritual role of Hazrat Zahra (PBUH).

Furthermore, Ms. Dalvand, the director of the Cultural Center of the Faculty of Natural Resources, in her speech, emphasized the necessity of a deeper familiarity of students with the personality, educational conduct, and Fatimid lifestyle, and explained the role of these teachings in promoting individual and social ethics.

This spiritual ceremony concluded with refreshments for the attendees.

It is worth mentioning that the cultural centers of the faculties and student dormitories, under the supervision of the Vice-Chancellor for Cultural and Social Affairs of Lorestan University, are active and play an important role in promoting cultural, artistic, and cognitive programs in the university environment.
