The Student "Raahian-e Pishraft" Trip of the Faculty of Agriculture, Lorestan University, was held to Hamedan.

The Student Progress Pioneers Camp of the Faculty of Agriculture, Lorestan University, was held on the occasion of Research and Technology Week, with the destination of Hamedan province.

According to the Public Relations of Lorestan University, a group of students from the Mechanical Engineering of Biosystems program at the Faculty of Agriculture, Lorestan University, in collaboration with the Vice-Chancellor for Cultural and Social Affairs of the University, the Department of Mechanical Engineering of Biosystems, and the implementation of the Scientific Student Association of Mechanical Engineering of Biosystems of the University, and with the support of the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Lorestan University (Dr. Ali-Heydar Nasrollahi), under the supervision of Dr. Issa Hezbaavi and Dr. Behnam Sepehr, visited some industrial and knowledge-based centers in Hamedan province as part of the Student Progress Pioneers Camp.

In this Student Progress Pioneers Camp, which was held on Monday, December 10th of the current year, students visited large companies such as the Machine Barzegar Hamedan Industrial Complex (manufacturer of 110 models of various agricultural machines, the largest agricultural equipment production complex in the country), the Combine Manufacturing Complex of Machine Barzegar Hamedan, and the Teksa Agricultural Equipment Company.

The first hours of Monday morning, the visits to the complexes began, and the first company visited was Teksa Company.

In this company, students became acquainted with the Sohail Ekbatan Agricultural Development Company (Teksa), which operates in the field of manufacturing various types of forage harvesting machines and soil tillage equipment, and observed the operational performance of these up-to-date equipment up close.

After that, in the Machine Barzegar Hamedan Industrial Complex, located in the Bu Ali Industrial Town, which consisted of 4 branches (factories), students were introduced to its various sections, including the production line of planting, tending, and harvesting equipment and various machines, including seeders, deep plows, sprayers, chisels, potato planters, potato harvesters, fertilizer trailers, levelers, rotavators, etc., their components and how they work, as well as the achievements and successes of the mentioned company.

At the end of the visit to this complex, students had a cordial meeting with the CEO of the complex, Heydar Khavari Dehghan, who discussed the job market and the future of this field with the students.

Then, at the Combine Manufacturing Company of Machine Barzegar Hamedan, after participating in a specialized meeting introducing the company by the CEO of this complex, Engineer Amin Khavari Dehghan, students visited the production lines of various products of this company, including intelligent grain combines, stone collectors, potato toppers, garlic planters, etc., and became familiar with the latest technologies in the production of heavy machinery.

After performing prayers at the Combine Manufacturing Company of Machine Barzegar Hamedan, the students and the accompanying delegation were guests of the company for lunch.

On the way back to Khorramabad, students visited the historical, cultural, and tourist village of Varkaneh, Hamedan, on the way to the Ekbatan Dam.

It is worth mentioning that in all three companies visited, emphasis was placed on supporting the creative ideas of students to solve industry problems, and various questions from students, including their concerns about the job market, were answered.

Familiarity with the technological, industrial, and knowledge-based achievements and successes of the country, in the form of Progress Pioneers camps and the promotion of student skills training, are among the goals of holding these types of visit-based camps.
