Graduate Students' Academic Progress Form

Based on the resolution of the meeting held on 27/01/2019 of the University's Graduate Studies Council, it was decided that after the approval of the proposal, doctoral students are required to complete the evaluation form and academic progress report each semester and submit it to their respected advisor.
